It’s an i5 with 8 gigs of ram and plenty of ssd storage! Or More if you want. Of course it’s powerful enough. Hell you could run it virtualized and it would be useable. I run win 10 on on boot camp a 2011 MacBook Air with an I 5 and 4 gig ram and it’s smooth
