Cap’n Turbot and Francois need to be addressed in this article. Cap’n Turbot is supposed to be Adventure Bay’s sea captain but he is so incompetent that it makes you wonder why he hasn’t been replaced yet, and I’m pretty sure Francois is with him all the time because Turbot needs to have adult supervision.
