That’s the thing, though. I did. And it was rewarded. There is some degree of frustration/despondency (that’s a bit too strong of a word) that comes with having made it out, and then being unceremoniously dumped back in.
It’s frustrating to go back to the greys. One was taken out because of their good ideas that were: well-articulated, and generally not asshole-ish.
Not everyone has the time to curry the good favor. Some of us are just decent humans with good ideas who became ungreyed due to being noticed for that.
