I live in Boulder too. Believe you me, they're not as rare as they ought to be. Perhaps the ugliest modern vehicle in existence. Especially in white, which most of them are. It's possible you think you keep seeing the same one, but check the brewery stickers on the back...there's a lot more than one.

Mazda did for the Mk2. Only available in Japan and extremely rare.
