I was skeptical until I watched that trailer. Dammit MS, you will be getting another $20 from me.

One of the bigger Ford dealers here in Colorado had one of these when they first came out. At the time I was driving a very non-Saleen 92 Explorer and I thought the idea of a Saleen Explorer was the coolest thing ever. Apparently I was alone in that sentiment as it sat in the showroom for years. All that aside I

Have owned an 03 Cobra and an 06 Viper both with the T56. While it is a valid point that it is not the smoothest operating transmission in existence, it really can take a beating. But the TR6060, like you said, is night and day better, yet can still handle the power. Couldn’t believe the difference when I got to

I always knew this as the ‘Arizona Shuffle’. Never have I seen this more than in the Phoenix area. Sun baked brains plus arrogant people that think they have money = every man for themselves

Trolling in a Viper is one of life’s great pleasures. Here is mine. The plate is Colorado’s ‘support clean energy’ plate, usually found on Prius’ or Teslas. It either gets laughs and thumbs up or death stares.

- Late exiters. Swerving onto an exit ramp or flyover at the last minute (with light to moderate traffic)

Project Binky is amazing. Perfect mix of informational and entertaining.

The door height and ‘bed’ height not matching up is making me twitch

That was such a dark fucking movie. Was not ready for the mind trip when I pulled that out of Redbox

My first car was a 92 Explorer with the 4.0 V6. Handed down to me at 160k it survived endless high school stupidity without ever missing a beat. Well north of 200k when we sold it on. They are slow and mostly unpleasant to work on, but those 4.0s were damn solid.

That is a gorgeous car. Nicely done

Haha exactly. Which is why unless I find myself on an unfortunately short on ramp, she spends her days below 3K RPM.

Mine is a single cab, long bed, 4x4. But it is a stripper work model (manual windows, manual locks, manual trans, manual hubs). So it’s not as heavy as it could be. It would struggle to win a race against a Corolla, but a nice Magnaflow muffler at least keeps my ears entertained

I have been lucky so far. Sadly the previous owner did a terrible repair on an escapee plug. Botched the threads so bad, that when I did a tune up on the truck, the only way to get a new plug back in was to replicate his botch job. Someday I may buy a good used head and replace it, but for now it runs fairly

Yeah, bought it because I wanted a cheap 3/4 or 1 ton beater truck to use around the house and couldn’t justify the maintenance of a diesel. On the upside, I do love how wonderfully simple it is to work on and how cheap (most) parts are.

It has been done (not by Subaru), and it is glorious

Have an older F250 with said 5.4. Can confirm
