My 16 year old Corolla does this. When the parking brake comes off, the lights come on, front and rear. If a 16 year old economy car can manage this, no excuse for any new cars not to do it as well.

Agreed. I have always loved the 550 and 575. Properly sexy GT cars

This was the first thing that popped in my head. Amazed I had to scroll so far to see it posted

Adding another vote for the Excursion. Maybe a tough find for a clean one at 10k, but it can be done. I mean if you want a Canyonero, you have no other choice than the vehicle it was based on.

My first car was a 92 Explorer with the 4.0. That truck survived my high school shenanigans without so much as a whimper. After about 230k miles it needed its second trans and a rear wheel bearing, but that engine still ran like new when we finally traded it in. Fantastic motors.

Came here to say exactly this

I really wish my coworkers would stop chopping onions the same day the HVAC system is being cleaned out....

This was my takeaway as well

Oh man, seeing that box art again breaks my heart a bit. I can’t even guess how man hours I spent playing that game. Was devastated when they pulled the plug on it.

My first ‘fast’ car was a 93 Legacy SS with the factory 5 speed (super rare). Bought it as a project, but as life tends to do, I had to sell it before I finished it. So much damn fun, I will have another some day. The picture is how it sat the day I sold it... Full 02 WRX interior, Whiteline suspension bushings

Yes indeed, my 99 Outback with the EJ25 fell victim right around 70k miles. That was a fun repair bill

That was actually the part of the article that got me more excited

Love me some T-Bird Super Coupe

Not gonna lie, 12.8 is pretty close to my ‘why the hell not?’ price. Would be more than a little tempted if that was closer to me. They really arent bad cars, it’s just that at an MSRP of 23k, you have a lot better choices. At sub 13k brand new.....

I have a big soft spot for the last gen Probes. That is a great looking car, nicely done

It comes up occasionally on the Viper Owner Facebook group from people that live in colder climates. I’ve never seen it in snow, but a reversed Viper logo made from frost can appear on the hood. Having trouble finding a picture, but it is indeed a real thing.

Glad to know I’m not completely insane. Thanks!
