That’s incredible. Love the graffiti art! And the time lapse made it all so charming. :)

I like the sound of basically everything you just said about it. Sold!

Oh, it’s gonna be wholly worth owning legally, especially for Blu-ray, even if no one ever plays it with the dub...and with the newest preview clip that’s come out recently with Yuko, yeah, what I’m hearing isn’t so encouraging just yet. But still!! The show’s so utterly gorgeous, it deserves being seen at peak quality

That is incredible. You’ve seriously been putting in the time, and it makes me overjoyed to see that take you this far. I hope you learn lots and get to do a bunch of great things as part of your internship! Congratulations!!

Not gonna lie, I don’t even know the original show that well, but if that were to ever happen in the new show, I’d be shedding tears all over the place.

I see what you’re saying. It seemed like theme changes used to only be relegated to continuously long-running shows—e.g. the Narutos and One Pieces out there—whereas now even shorter-running shows are seeing this happen. I guess that is a bit strange, and also certainly a commercial-minded change at that.

I mean, yeah, opening and ending themes being so prominent in anime has a lot to do with the money. I can’t really disagree with that.

For sure! I hope it doesn’t get obscured that I like the new OP as well! Good song, great art; plus, it’s so unhurried and unbusy compared to most OPs out there, and it stands out in a good way because of that.

Granted, where the original show itself is concerned, I’ve only seen the first two episodes, and my fiancée showed them to me largely for comparison’s sake with the current series. It was pretty interesting! Lots of the material and beats were the same, but the differences in art style, music, voice acting, and

Will do! My stamina is utterly terrible now, but I try to make a go at it at least once whenever there happens to be a machine around. Far more tiring these days, but still just as much fun. :D

Holy crap, I was actually at the Round 1 in Grapevine Mills Mall on March 31—traveled for work in the Dallas area that week, went there to chill—and was surprised to see a huge crowd gathered around the DDR machine there. I knew it was for a tournament, but seeing that tournament link here makes me realize it must

My fiancée and I went to the theatrical screening of the first two subbed episodes! It was great! The weird and pretty funny though also kinda frustrating thing about the screening, though—at least for our showing at the Reading Cinemas in Jersey, but I assume it had to be the same everywhere else, too—was that they

I won’t be seeing it super soon, either; I’ve got a convention to prepare for and attend, along with a panel to present. Chances are we’ll be seeing Detective Pikachu first as well, so whenever I see Endgame is gonna likely be after that.

The rumors are true; the story absolutely was fun as hell. :D The time travel happenings were gangbusters in the best way, sometimes even touching and sad.

Spoilers aplenty apparently leaked for the newest Mortal Kombat story, but none of them really reached me in any way. Then the game came out yesterday, and so all of last night, I marathoned the entire thing in one setting til like 2 in the morning. It wouldn’t have ruined things by any means if I had known the plot

I enjoyed it a lot!!! Great stuff. That combat is just too good, and it’s been fun having to adapt to whatever random weapons get doled out to you during a run.

I must report, as is my duty, that this past Sunday, I finally beat Dead Cells for the first time. \o/ So now I’m utterly terrified of Hard mode, but on the bright side, at least now I can pop my head off my body and make it crawl up walls and such like a slug!!
