Not attempting to strain at a gnat in light of these allegations (which I believe), but time and again, I am seeing this woman labeled “Mrs. Ford,” when, in fact, she is an effing Ph.D. Identifying her as a wife, and by her husband’s name, seems an ironic diminishment, especially under these circumstances.

That is a whole lot of corroboration for her account: FBI polygraph (not by any means truly reliable, but the mouth breathers certainly like trying to make survivors take them);  disclosure to a therapist years ago; told her husband about it. I mean, I know the wingnuts are going to say it’s a vast and elaborate…

I got into a discussion about this case on FB today. Someone wanted to talk about how we raise our boys, and how need to teach them how to deal with their emotions.

It’s OK. It hurts, but in a good way. They celebrate Tony, as we all should. Don’t try to pretend he’s not gone, because it ignores the fact that he was so present. Keep him present in your world.
