Disappointed to find that even in fan films there’s only 3 roles for women (out of 10 in the Challenger cast) and not one actor of color.

They should just have Karl Urban play Dr. McCoy.
Thank you, I loved this.
I nominate Tilda Swinton and this for the next plot:
I don’t think anyone thinks Dolph is right for Cable but it would be cool if they came up with a part for him.
It’s a shame they couldn’t have ordered one more (even 10 ep) season, given the production a heads-up that it would be the last, and let them run it out gracefully.
“But Leslee Dart, the incredible, unbelievable Leslie Dart, denied to me up the yin-yang that Woody was boning Soon-Yi.”
One thing I’ve never understood is why space travel is always depicted as moving horizontally away from Earth (I assume, because of planetary alignment). How come we’re not thinking about what’s way above or below of diagonally away from us?
Avengers... plural? Yikes. I thought definitely one (Captain America, based on Evans’ past statements) but more than one significant death per film seems egregious. But if so, I imagine they’d have to kill Tony Stark then, if only to save money, and make his and Cap’s death motivation for everyone coming together as…
It was all a dream?
Yeah, I agree. I just meant that the notion of “how do we top Thanos” could be a risky move and they should remain terrestrial and face the problems here (let GotG and Nova Corps and whomever else fight in space).
Are they following the comics, though? And Thanos is another super powerful purple guy - look at the bad press on the new X-Men - maybe keeping the Hydra angle is a better move for a while before they bring in Doom or even Galactus. IDK.
That would be cool. With Hugo Weaving it would be even cooler, but he said he wouldn’t reprise the role. So why not William Hurt/Ross? (Doesn’t Red Skull have a history of possessing people somehow?)
All of this can’t only be about leading up to Thanos, though, because it’s a long fall after “Infinity War” if they don’t have something planned (I assume Galactus and maybe they’ll integrate a new Fantastic Four at that point). For the terrestrial heroes, they need to at least keep working the Hydra line. I think…
The whole premise of this film is a paradox and there is no clear right or wrong. I think the bigger issue at hand is how did Secretary of State (General) Ross become the advocate for “The Sokovia Accords” which seems less about protecting the innocent and way more about hamstringing The Avengers and others like them.…
The biggest take-away from “Civil War” - these two need to be cast in a buddy-cop movie ASAP.
(I just saw the movie last night so I’m a little amped.)
Totally. I walked out of this movie wanting a Winter Soldier/Falcon standalone. I would even settle for a Marvel One-Shot. (DO YOU HEAR ME, MARVEL?)
I find Beyonce to be simply mediocre and unimpressive. Am I not allowed to state this freely in America for fear of her legions of fans ganging up on me like bullies at a Donald Trump rally?
“Have you ever fucked on coke, Hank? It’s nice.”
