When i read “heres my 2017" i was really hoping to see Texas plates and a busted tail light.

I am also a wildlife biologist. Manually applied blunt force trauma is an AVMA approved method of euthanasia in certain situations. If I were working this project I would have no qualms about said method, or a captive bolt gun. I know WCOs who get shooting contracts for iguanas, but they are professionals and I don’t

Where was that? It must have been a nicer hotel than I’ve ever stayed at.

Then remember a few years later when Toyota brought us a car with 22 more horsepower, a better 0-60, a back seat, and a lower price, all without having to add a turbo?

Maybe I’m the odd man out here, but I’ve driven a BRZ/FRS, and am very much considering buying one, and I really don’t feel the lack of turbo kills this car. Its a very fun car as is, and does not need 300-400 hp to make it enjoyable, its enjoyable right out of the box.

Now, I don’t have a problem if they made a turbo

Damn, I read that they had stolen 46 POLICE cars. I was both Wow! and Why?? at the same time.

+49.5

To counter this, since 2012 the FR-S/86 has outsold the Miata in the U.S. In that time it’s also outsold the entire production run of the S2000. These cars are not doing as poorly as internet commentators and articles would have everyone believe. Sales have certainly dropped off, but that’s typical of any niche sports

It’d also significantly increase the cost, which would more likely shrink its customer base. The number of those who would actually buy a turbocharged 86 is likely much lower than the number of those who claim they would, especially given what the car would likely cost then.

What else is he supposed to do? Shoot webbing out from his hands to stop the car?

I get this. A bad hangover puts me in check. I’m in my 30s and there’s just no reason to drink that much in one sitting.

Tylenol? Right after heavy drinking? Sounds like a straight ticket to the ER... Use Ibu or Aspirin.

Especially because what makes me hungover can be wildly inconsistent.

I toy with buying a new car,but the truth is is my commute is 20 minutes. And if we go somewhere on the weekend we take her car, because she can’t smoke in mine. So 3-400 a month for 3 1/2 hours a week seems like a bad deal.

Vince, your comment could be a little misleading if you’re talking about paying cash at a dealership. Not all cars have $3-5k margin of profit. As a matter of fact, a dealership hates cash deals because they lose money on what they earn on securing the loan which the more loans a finance person can

Please compare to the sales of Denali, Platinum edition domestics and the markups and then divide by the cost of the mandated equipment. If you get a number less than 10 I’d be amazed.

The meaning of “remotely decent” is there problem. Of course you can get a decent car for 12k. Just like you can afford to move out of your parents house after high school if you have roommates. People are less willing to settle for those things. To their ultimate detriment.

But the foot massaging brake pedal is only $17 a month.

But...you gotta keep up with the Joneses. THE JONESES!!

this is actually a thing? If I mention to my GF that I want to go to Ikea or vice-versa, we’re both like..OK. We pick up a few things or dont and GTFO. Its not a big deal.
