I desperately hope you're not an engineer. A key part of a risk assessment, if you give even a fraction of a shit about people, accounts for foreseeable misuse. The expectation should not be that if you make an easy mistake during routine operation you or someone else may die.
It’s not that people don’t know how to use it, it’s that it’s exceptionally easy to make a mistake and not even realize it.

How does the rocket target the barge just before landing? Is the barge broadcasting its position, and the rocket aims for that GPS coordinate? Or are both the barge and rocket aiming for the same static GPS coordinate? Or is the rocket using some other sensors (vision, local positioning of some sort, etc.) to target…

I had an error in my post which I’ve since corrected. I was referring to the fact that the first $2,700 of any given donation to the Hillary Victory Fund goes to Hillary for America.
I don’t actually care, but isn’t it that the first $2,700 from any individual goes to Hillary for America? So yes, a $350k donation goes mostly to not Hillary, but the vast majority of total funds donated may very well go to the Hillary for America. That is, if most individual donations are under $2,700 each.
