Ah, I didn’t mean to imply that the kit included a chain breaker. I have a separate one that I carry (I think it’s park tools).

Road! So that’s less of a concern.
I’m currently riding with this guy:
There very well may not be. I make no claim to expertise on this subject.
Yes, but good luck selling this “painting.”
But, in the context of the law, killing isn’t all the same! There are very specific means of lethal force police are allowed to use, and some that they are not. They’re not allowed to be very creative in the way in which they kill you.
They had to use IP address to determine that people talking about riding the shuttles on their own commute are tech workers who ride the shuttles?
I’m not saying any of this is acceptable, I’m just retorting to Stutnet’s comment that he wouldn’t risk it.
There are certain athletes that jeopardize their health every time they compete. Sure, the risks may be higher here, but we’re not talking about people who do this as an idle hobby!
I think that quote’s supposed to sound menacing, but it doesn’t to me!
Let me modify my statement:
This is a part of an increasing trend wherein simply installing an app means it has access to the entirety of your phone and personal information. Sure, user responsibility should be expected, but in many cases the only real effective method of user responsibility is not installing the app at all.
Yeah. Of course maybe a video can’t do it justice, but that doesn’t seem nearly as frightening as skydiving (which I’ve done, exactly once, on a tandem of course).
Exactly! Sure, this is scary stuff... but autonomous cars should be sufficiently good that it’s nearly impossible to surprise them, and even if you do, they’ll be able to react and stop or re-direct much more quickly than a human ever could.
I like this analogy.
Hey let’s all move there!
I desperately hope you're not an engineer. A key part of a risk assessment, if you give even a fraction of a shit about people, accounts for foreseeable misuse. The expectation should not be that if you make an easy mistake during routine operation you or someone else may die.
It’s not that people don’t know how to use it, it’s that it’s exceptionally easy to make a mistake and not even realize it.
Fo4 veterans are very familiar with this.
Then the summer views are even better! The majority of Milky Way is obstructed by the Earth during winter nights in the Northern Hemisphere.
