right. Once you are a parent you give up fun obviously or youre a terrible person and should have thought of that before kids. 

I have a deal with my husband. Twice a year I can get drunk drunk. Once is a christmas party and once is my birthday. 6 months apart. He gets up with the kiddo and I sleep. I mean I drink. But generally the lesson is learned early how much less youc an drink as a parent. I also get drunk early in the party so I’m pretty but sober by the end. 

But yeah basically right now if I drink enough to cause a hang over I’m also pounding water because the two times I’ve parented hung over have been pure hell. My kid didn’t not get cared for but it sucked balls. 

Right. My whole goal right now is to make enough to be able to pay someone not just to watch my kid while I party (or in my case play a show) but also the next day so I can recover. I don't see it ever actually happening but ya know it's nice to dream.
