It totally is. I watched like 2 episodes before I was just disgusted without even being slightly intrigued. 

Yah to me this is only an issue of the kid doesn't have any socialization with real humans... Like they won't learn how humans communicate if there is ever a robot? Seems extreme 

I get that completely but I also didn't turn it off. I was like wow ok this wasn't what I expected but this was so well done. It was definitely funny at times but also heart breaking and difficult to watch. 

Is not a typical comedy special but there are laugh out loud moments for sure. 

Definitely not. But it did provide several moments where I could see a light bulb of recognition and awareness happen in my spouse that hadn't occurred before which is a plus. But no I don't believe it's calculated to appeal to men she just took in consideration of men being part of her audience.

I felt the exact opposite. But I am a sucker gor happy endings and it had gotten so dark i just really wanted some sort of resolution.  I don't think I'll even watch this season
