I had no idea you could build muscle under fat... that might explain the extra inch, the bloated feeling and the extra weight. No knowing any better, I've pushed weights until I'm pretty sore the next day... knowing this is even a possible explanation is really encouraging.

Interesting! That's a bit scary actually, i'm using a calorie tracker on my phone and I'm sitting right around 1500 calories a day.

Awesome. the weights were a "tone up" since I'd heard somewhere that more muscle means burning more calories... weights be gone! I'll move that full time to the bike :)

100% Agree. If they are just showing you the results and sometimes benefiting from your purchase it's just fine. If they are charging for results to show or be in a specific order (which it doesn't sound like is the case), then I see where there might be a blurring of the line.
