As a bonsai enthusiast, they are NOT house plants.  Most bonsai should be kept outdoors if possible.  Also, there is not specific bonsai species.  They can be literally anything that produces a wood like branches.  So just saying bonsai does not narrow it down.

My Mom was a farmer and would not eat “free range” eggs. She said you wouldn’t believe the things chickens will eat. And sometime her chickens would feast on locusts and have green eggs that tasted awful.
