I love the band, Stevie and Christine, in particular, but at their concert a couple years ago, Lindsey really was the driving, dominant force on stage. It won’t be the same without him.

Agreed. And a Bechdel Test pass would also require these women interacting with each other. Multiple unsexualized women is kind of the bare minimum. It speaks volumes about the state of female representation in music videos that this is seen as laudworthy.

It’s definitely a step in the right direction. When I think about the Bechdel Test I think about substance, and this just feels like I’m watching 15 different perfume ads. Didn’t hate it - just not sure how much this is celebrating women as power players as much as it is cashing in on a political moment.
