I lost 70lbs on WW 11 years ago and kept it off plus more since. Just because you didn’t find it sustainable doesn’t mean it isn’t. I think maybe you didn’t go back because you weren’t successful, not because of your all-encompassing care for the people who work for them.

WW is one of the most sustainable diets out there. And yeah, nothing wrong with her partnering with a brand whose demographic already loves her - she’s a businesswoman.

WW works for a lot of people (and it’s not counting macros like your post suggests) - so I’m not sure I get the hate here. It is very likely to be about brand expansion (hers and theirs) more than it is her weight.
