Good.
You're a jackass. Good try, though.
I think schools have a really hard task making sure that they are represented in a way that doesn't make them look bad - this guy was posting not as "this guy" but as a member of a team that is attached to a University. I do think that there are some severe punishments that need to be brought down when you're not…
Check out his excuse - unless he dismissed the comments already.
No dude - you came to that fat conclusion all by yourself, and then wanted to bring it to Jezebel for some righteous indignation.
Oh wow - you googled this guy, saw that he was fat, and then just ASSUMED that it was part of this post - that is hilarious!
Wow, hope your cynicism keeps you up at night - that was just hateful.
Where was the guy body-shaming in this?
She's a good kid - that was a very heartfelt and kind response.
No, not even a little bit.
He's an adult - fair game.
He's 21.
Nope - no middle-class white girl (or woman) I know thinks this boy is anything other than "that guy in that movie".
Ain't nobody got time for this. Who thought this was a cute/good idea?
I don't think anyone is making a big deal of his behavior or anything (i.e., Chris Brown) - seems to me the comments are that he isn't cute. That's not hate, that's fact.
John Green (who I also really like) likes the perpetuation of a non-threatening male. And this not-cute boy is a very good representation of that.
Not untrue - but when someone is featured in a photo-essay, I feel compelled to judge only on their appearance. And I think this boy is unattractive.
This kid isn't even remotely handsome - much less some edge-case hipster attractive. He was in a couple of movies that posed him as hot when he's just really not.
People have an immense capacity to care about more than 1 thing at a time.
