You’d be surprised how many new cars are in WV. Not at my house, but I know a lot of people who always have new, expensive vehicles in my part of the state. Now when you get into the very rural areas, likely much less common.

WV has almost no farm or range land. The infrastructure is terrible, it took decades and billions of dollars just to finish the interstates. What it does have is natural resources. Companies came in, built roads, rails and ports, and paid the citizens enough to feed their families.…

You would think, but WVA has a yearly state inspection & sticker. Therefore all the cars in Southern Ohio and Eastern Kentucky look like that.
