I just saw one in south san jose today too... it’s either the same one, or we just saw two of the 500 sold globally. if we see three more, that will account of 1% of all mx30 sales... crazy.

It’s a class 3 meaning you have to pedal, but it’ll assist up to 28mph.
Thunderhill is pretty fantastic... 5 miles of ups, downs, twists and turns. It’s a fast track, good paddock, clean bathrooms, and showers...
I guess it just depends on whether you’re there for the machine and what it feels like to drive it or if you’re there for the landscape and the machine is just an appliance.
I don’t think anybody here is giving the dude a pass. But it’s an order of magnitude the difference of what’s going legally on between guy on the bike and the counsel woman.
Hawaii, unless you wanna pay for damages, and fines for driving/dumping your car in to the Pacific Ocean, you shouldn’t drive all the way “through” the state. You should keep all your driving within the state.
Jesus h tap dancing Christ. Sadly shes probably not the worst offending elected official this country’s had. Definitely deserves an orange jumpsuit tho.
Volvo V90. Because battlewagons are amazing.
That’s funny. I just remember first hearing about it from my 7th grade algebra teacher back in the early 2000s and and a a handful of times since. never bothered to check.
let’s see... take the charger... it’s already got 4 doors.... electrify it... lift it 2~3".... raise and extend the roofline... not so far that it’s longer or taller than the durango, but enough to give it the CUV look that consumers ‘oh so desire....’
“im sorry, I subsequently updated my phone 5 minutes after the incident which erased everything.”
Don’t forget, America is a country were someone can burglarize someone else’s house, get stuck in the garage, and then sue the homeowner’s insurance for $500,000 and win.... look up terrence dickson.
looking left I understand.. force of habit. I do it too, because when you’re crossing the road, (on a 2 way) you always cross the traffic coming from the left first. i look both ways down a one way street too.
those I understand... there’s a couple near me... I’ll stop make sure it’s clear and go, because there’s nothing i can do at that point... and you aren’t really rolling thru the light either (personally I always stop).... the lights i have a problem with people rolling are the big intersections where they’re going…
Im not saying this should be the outcome, But A lawyer could argue that she didn’t enter a clear intersection, she made no attempt to slow down or avoid the collision, and the collision was caused 51% by her negligence, or worse, intent to cause harm, and possibly win by just enough of a margin to go after her…
As a devoted cyclist, who does well north of 10k miles/year, I have a great disdain for people on bikes who run red lights….. but man… hit and run is inexcusable.
My first thought was “cancer?” And possibly the free treatment he’d get in jail. Or maybe a terminal cancer of some sort.
That may just be due to the area you live in. I’m in the SF Bay Area, and it’s like everybody and their dog has one. You can’t pull up to a stoplight without spotting at least 3 electric cars. Back in May we drive up north toward Redding, and it was a completely different landscape of cars. Not a single EV in sight.…
As a fan of Swedish cars I’ll accept a Saab, but I’d also throw in the Volvo C70 hardtop.
