I live downwind as well, but I wouldn’t worry about a nuke from the North Koreans. We have defenses set in place that could stop any ICBM from the North Koreans, they couldn’t saturate our defenses enough to get one through.

Baby steps, those people have been prisoners of their own leader for far too long. Freedom should be first & foremost on the entire worlds collective minds 1st, getting them up to speed wouldn’t be easy but it’s better than letting them be shuttered away in the basement.
