If you live in the rust belt especially and you know you are going to be working on something in the near future spray the bolts down a couple times a day with penetrating oil starting a couple of days before you start working on the project. Use a real penetrating oil if possible not just WD 40.

Keeping your car maintained, with things like fluids, belts, hoses, brakes, etc.

I’m pretty sure my dad did the same thing for the same car back in the mid 70's.

Any non Cherokee or Wrangler, or Cummins based Chrysler product. All of those are likely terrible too but they are kinda what they are.

I think you must have driven one with a mechanical issue. I put about 100,000 miles on my 2005 and found it to be a pretty good car that handled really well.

As others have said I don’t blame here but come on just cause the guy has a medical condition now doesn’t mean we wasn’t a dick 12 years ago or even most of his life.

The F1 Youtube Channel provides imo great summaries of both qualifying and the races in about 10 minutes each. I don’t really watch the full races but enjoy the heck out of it in these 10 minute summaries.

My dad just sold his 2011 2wd extended cab with about 80K miles for 12,500 private party. He tried to sell it 3 years ago for 10,000 and got no bites.

I’m so completely confused by you comment about driving a manual. (downshifting, thou art mine sworn nemesis). What does that mean?

What year / engine was that?

Update: I'm an idiot and didn't realize this requires a separate FoodSaver vacuum to actually do anything. Still a decent deal if you're in that camp, though.

How do you get the beads on the cable? It would seem that you would have to cut off one end of the cord and then put the beads on and then solder on a new end. Seems like a ton more work than your letting on.
