I think it depends on the powertrain of the vehicle.  It may be a new car or a refresh but using the same proven mill that X number of other cars have had for 3-5 years.

You’re looking at it from the wrong angle. Refunds went down because take home pay went up(MARGINALLY. . .). If you look at the tax rates you’ll see that refunds are down because people were taxed less throughout the last half of ‘18 so there is less for the government to “refund”.

Now the sequel will be a younger, and sometimes fluid, chucky trying to kill the son of the kid in this movie. BUT! Chucky (from this movie) shows up FROM THE FUTURE, and is now a totally good guy. . .and saves the day by sending fluid Chucky into a giant incinerator (similar to that scene in Toy Story 3). . . .

The frustrating thing is that I know there are pictures out there of top Republican leaders doing stupid stuff (such as photo ops in front of Confederate flags, etc) but when those are shown they make no difference because their voters are just like “meh, at least he stand fer mah gunz.”
