Me, too!

What the actual fuck?

I’ve been following Issa Rae since her Awkward Black Girl days. Saw her at SXSW one year and I could not get the courage to go up and talk to her, even though she seemed super friendly. Her writing is so relatable, and I’m glad that she’s getting some well-deserved recognition out there.

I knew that one didn’t look right, but I couldn’t figure out why.

Y’all, it’s spelled “chupAcabra.”

I’m so old o_o

I could have also used a caipora:

Economies of scale? Making more food, especially with industrial equipment is usually less expensive/more efficient than trying to parcel it out to a smaller group of people. Plus whatever savings they get from reduced administrative costs of money handling/depositing processes, transaction fees for payment

I love the show, so I’ll be sad to see it go, but I’m glad that they decided that on their own terms. I can think of so many lesser shows that haven’t had the guts to make that call *coughBigBangTheoryGreysAnatomyOnceUponaTimecough*

Gary Cole is a treasure. He and Ben make a great, depressing team. And let’s not forget that Kent is in a Spanish-speaking biker gang.

They’re talking about her character, not Paulson herself.

Just to clarify, that’s not a quote by my mom. It’s Uzo Aduba (Suzanne/Crazy Eyes in Orange is the New Black). Though my mom is pretty awesome, too!

I’m in a similar boat. I’m a light-skinned, mixed Latina with a foreign first and last name. My siblings have more “American” first names, so they have it a bit easier, but people are constantly asking me why I don’t change my name, or give nicknames to people that are easier to pronounce. I don’t answer to nicknames,

Seriously, that premise is bananas. Sure, divorce is hard, especially when you have to navigate custody of children, but does anyone hate their SO more than they love their child?

What, you didn’t like discount Eric Bana?

Yeah, I liked his interpretation of Daario a lot better than Huisman (even though I personally find Huisman more attractive). Skrein had the creepy prettyboy thing down, though his styling/costuming still left a lot to be desired (in a show that routinely makes elaborately braided wigs, we couldn’t get some blue hair

Respectfully disagree. Neither intro is that great, but I really hate the autotune-heavy, breathy voice that Bieber has in the song.

Google Translate is your friend.

Ugh that is so fucking disrespectful. I frequently forget that Bieber is Canadian, because so much of his behavior feels so American, this being a prime example. The worst part is the original song (w/o Bieber) is actually not bad and pretty catchy/fun.
