Didn’t even remember that Don Lee’s character died. Even reading that, I can’t for the life of me remember why or how he died in the movie, and I thought it was fairly decent film. Loved the cosmic stuff and wished it was mostly that.

Firaxis is doing a sale where you can get Midnight Suns as well as XCOM 1 & 2 (no DLC) for like $60 which is a pretty great deal if you’re interested in those games. Don’t know if they work on Steam Deck but I’ll hopefully be getting the bundle.
Really enjoyed the first season (minus the stuff when Alina first got to that school, it just felt like it turned super YA drama-y out of nowhere to me and my partner. Alina started acting kinda dumb when she got there too). I was going to start reading the books but heard that they aren’t that great (aside from the…
My partner and I very much enjoyed the first season even though it had a few “eh” stuff for us. I immediately started reading the Silmarillion after the season wrapped and feel like it still fits in Tolkien’s world. Reading Unfinished Tales now and I just want to go back and watch the show again (and the films). Can’t…
Really excited to see this on the big screen.
Thanks! I’ll be checking it out this weekend hopefully.
I figured it would be darker because it’s Del Toro but is it okay for little kids to watch? I have a 12 year old and 3 year old and would love to watch this with them but I assume some imagery may be too much for my 3 year old.
I enjoyed Possessor but didn’t think it was as great as some people were saying. This looks far more colorful, wild and weird which is what I was hoping for from Possessor but felt like it was just okay and kind of drab (in color and tone, but that was likely on purpose) in the end.
I’m really excited for this. Can’t wait to see it on the big screen, in 3D and with the friends and fam. The first was just an amazing visual treat so if they actually have great acting and story and characters this time around, with great action as well then I will be more than happy.
Really love this show. So damn weird lol.
Really hoping this is good (trailer looks great) but I’m still not really sold on the casting. Ellie doesn’t really look or sound like the character from the game, which is fine, but she was the emotional core of that game and I hope the actor can pull it off and make it their own. But also, Pedro Pascal as Joel just…
The actor who played Adar was great so that kind of sucks.
Same with the clunkyness. I love the world and characters and story but actually PLAYING the game was always tedious and not really fun. Even simple stuff like walking and swimming just felt so unintuitive and clunky that I could never get too far into the game before switching to something else that played better. I…
I’m pretty excited to see this in the theaters but that seems pretty unrealistic unless every one goes to see it like the first. If it releases in China and does well then that will help but 2 Billie sounds wild.
Can’t wait for this game, been looking forward to it for a while.
I really loved Fede Alvarez’ Evil Dead movie but that Texas Chainsaw Massacre movie was...not good at all imo. Hoping this is good, though. I still love the Alien world and will always give new stuff a shot.
It was good, and I cried, but I don’t think it was the best end credit scene in the MCU ever or anything. I loved that they stayed within the Black Panther world instead of going to some other corner of the MCU to tease future stuff that may never come to be anyways.
Ain’t nobody tryna backtrack lol I genuinely want to know what part of what I said you identify as a “racist” remark. Let me know, please. Because I definitely said discrimination is a problem. Full stop.
what did I say that was racist? the comment that ended in “/sarcasm”? lol so fragile
Discrimination is a problem. So is racism. Both are still a problem today. But to be so naïve to think that white people are facing a significant amount of either compared to every other group of people that has been openly discriminated against for hundreds of years is wild.
