400Z sounds very appealing.

The Renegade has all the things I usually can’t forgive FCA for, in the standard mall-crawler package... but something about the styling makes me happy. I think. I used to find them ugly, but I think I started to “get” the Renegade’s boxy compact SUV styling. A bit of an odd mashup between boxy and bubble-shaped, like…
I agree. I don’t like most of these swoopy vehicles. But boxy styling can be done well. This isn’t bad, it’s just generic. The new broncos and the hummer are good examples of boxy styling.
Eh, fair, but just put me down as distrustful of an off-road/activity brand trying to enter the luxury segment.
I know, the Wrangler is without a doubt a capable and awesome off road vehicle. The problem is that it’s gotten the brand name recognition and now sorority girls want a “cool wrangler” and demand a luxury trim because it’s too plasticky and loud and uncomfortable. And the luxury trims have some nice features but have…
That’s exactly it. The Miata is pick up and drive it at the limit, which is great. I’d love to have one if the S didn’t exist. But there’s something about driving the S... You just know it’s special and purpose-built. And you do get that sense of mastery when you time shifts properly and nail the vtec range. And…
Exterior: it’s a generic boring bus that looks like a Denali had a wild night with an older, more experienced car... a Lincoln.
It's crude but still the best critique of the series I’ve found

As someone who’s been around since DiRT and played every entry except Showdown... This one just can’t hook me. I can’t tell whether this or Dirt 4 is my least favorite of the series. It feels so characterless, yet simultaneously tries to remind you how much character it has constantly. I wasn’t surprised to hear EA…
Netflix: “oh shit we can make money on this... ‘avatar’ show? Get me the creators”
If you haven’t seen the legend of whorra on YouTube.. Check it out. Hilarious and also helped me put a finger on exactly what my problems with the show were. Biggest issues were korra being an unlikeable and unchanging protagonist, and the setting change just not being good.
Korra is highly overrated. Book 1 is solid standalone. And book 3 is decent. They have some interesting characters, and it was great to see a bi character done in a subtle and natural way rather than having it poorly written into the viewer’s face under the pretense of social awareness. Pro bending was cool. Advanced f…
Things I hate:
What could possibly scream “joy machine” than an integrated roof spoiler on a crossover?!
Before you shun me for suggesting a somewhat common mall-crawling “adventurous crossover,” hear me out! I too was looking to replace a GTI with a very similar list of needs to yours.
My favorite series stories have been the more serious ones like AC04. I loved that the real story was about the boy and your rival, rather than the player, and it was pretty heartfelt if a bit overdramatic. 5 was amazing at the time as a teen, but now has reached that corny level. Zero is a bit more mature but still…
I agree. The perfect supercar look and proportions. Mclaren’s Speedtail does a good job too.
I met a dude with one of these at the local cars and coffee last weekend. What a freakin riot of a car!! I always forget these exist until I occasionally see one and am taken aback at the fact that such a niche vehicle can exist at all.
Anonymity is absolutely cancer, as is the sight-unseen conversation platform in general. But what makes you think twitter or any social media site has any real ability to verify identity? Sure, it works for dating apps because they aren’t a political battlefield... But twitter, the (unfortunate) direct line from POTUS…
