I love original flavor Misfits, and I even have a soft spot for the later seasons for being an introduction to Joe Gilgun, but I genuinely can't imagine a universe in which an American remake even scratches the surface of Misfits' awesomeness. (And why didn't Freeform learn from the debacle of trying to remake Skins

I'm seriously looking forward to this one.

I think there's also something symbolic about the fact that she would rather watch To Kill a Mockingbird twice in one day over Monty Python and the Holy Grail.

Mad Sweeney is the best part of the show, for sure.

Ooh! What was your favorite place you visited?

Play it! As a gaming newbie, I had a tricky time with the controls, but the writing is so good that it's hard to put down once you start.

I haven't binged OITNB yet, but this season of The Americans was my favorite. They'll obviously go back to the more action-packed story lines in their final season, but I thought this season was a perfect last chance to do some intense dives into the characters emotions, and that the writers made those explorations

There is something seriously wrong with the writer, to have watched Audra McDonald and Brian Stokes Mitchell belting their hearts out in Ragtime and say "Well, I saw it four times and it never had any impression on me." WHAT.

Season 4 of You're the Worst started filming today, so it'll probably premiere near the end of August again.

This played SIFF last week, and I thought it was fantastic: very thoughtful and funny (partially because, unlike way too many recent comedies, this one keeps to a 90-min runtime).

And Adam Scott's lack of terrible facial hair gets an A+.

It's one of my favorite movies!
The 3 Bachelorette leads are definitely more immature and anti-heroic than the leads in SWOP, but I think it's worth watching just because of how rarely female characters get to be so authentically acidic. And it's also very funny.

I can't wait to see what Leslye Headland does next.

I don't do a ton of gaming, but I LOVED the new King's Quest. The second chapter was so upsetting, though! Trying to keep the imprisoned villagers alive was like, traumatizing to me, and sort of an odd tonal shift from the whole rest of the game. I'm definitely going to replay it this summer so I can experience

You're right, she was actually quite good in that! I remember her Katharine Hepburn impression being the best part.

Her character has no discernible personality in this film. I hate that after showing off such fantastic range in Community, the only roles she's being offered is as these cardboard cutout love-interests.

That's rough, I'm very sorry. Finding a work situation that fits with your personality is really valuable. Hang in there!

I'd say to start with LotR, get right to the good stuff.

Why isn't Zouks in more movies?

Ooh, which Discworld book are you reading?
