You're right about Laurie. She knows how Kevin can get, she allowed him to be stuck in grief and longing. She could have given him some peace of mind. Told him Nora's alive but doesn't want to hear from or see him. He could have moved on, not wasted weeks every year on false hope. Or she could have helped him find

'It may not be real but it makes for a nicer story'

Biggest in her inner core she's a hypocrite. it's always been a big point in her character's arc.

I just wish Nora hadn't been so hypocritical and actually believed his story instead of mocking it mercilessly and then wanting him to believe her crazy ass.

She had been acting like he didn't even exist for over 20 years, she had started acting that way before they even broke up, so Kevin mind playing for a moment is nothing.

Just because she was more prominent in the last 4/5 episodes than she was in previous seasons doesn't mean she's now the lead. 4/5 out of 28 is not lead material.

Too bad Nora never realized her own mistakes when it comes to Kevin and try to reconcile with him. Felt their reconnection a bit too one-sided.

Nora's story wasn't real

Nora's story implies that the machine allowed time travel which is just ridiculous. Her reasoning for not contacting Kevin falls apart when she kept in touch with Laurie. How did she 'go back'? Through a magical portal?

I wish they hadn't just disregarded Kevin dying and coming back to life plotline. Why introduce it in the first place ? It was rendered a cheap plot device to add some mysticism/spiritualism to the show and give us some wacky moments.

Nora's story is such BS, no way would the civilization be able to survive if suddenly 98% of it vanished.

Lindelof confirmed that Kevin did actually die and resurrect a few times in the character spotlight video. So what he experienced wasn't a dream/hallucination.

Holy Wayne at the hotel behaved exactly like real Holy Wayne and Kevin couldn't have imagined that because he saw the dude for like a minute when he was bleeding to death.

This show is unlike anything else on TV.

Funny how Lindelof mocked the 'we want answers and reasons!' crew in Matt's talk to 'God'.

Read the translation of what he's saying, it's all there

He tells us his reason in the voice over in the very opening credits. That French guy talking in French was the submarine guy explaining what he's about to do and why.

Wackjobs everywhere trying to prevent the apocalypse are gonna cause it

Not to worry, she has 20 grand just lying around.

It will be next week as per Sepinwall
