Catholic high schools in Dallas made the decision to desegregate at least a decade before Dallas county schools finally lost their desegregation legal fight. My catholic high school was fully integrated in the early 70s.

I think the persecution of teens like this is really getting out of hand. Between the Covington students and this it’s starting to look like the only place for teenagers to be racist is every single comment section on the internet, the entirety of social media and whenever you play any video game online.

That is highly unsafe and deserves to be snitched on, gorillas are sentient beings, not rooftop sax slaves

Interestingly there is a theory that the when the white settlers arrived it actually prevented the buffalo from being hunted to extinction for a time. Their numbers were dropping quite rapidly but when those settlers brought over diseases like smallpox that hurt the native population it is thought that this allowed

Idiots. Everyone with half-a-brain knows that sharks live in tornadoes, not hurricanes.

Cheers to Lauren and Laura for 1. calling this asshole out and 2. being able to publicly laugh it off.

Unfortunately you are also female so be prepared to get upset at things I say.

NOVA - Arlington and approximately the Eastern half of Fairfax county, land of soccer moms driving SUVs while wearing yoga pants and Uggs (still) while sipping pumpkin spice lattes.

It’s a factor. It also tends to be the transplants that have jobs high-paying enough to afford what a football game costs these days. Ticket prices (and parking, concessions, etc) have gone up astronomically. A lot of people are priced out of games, which aren’t so great an experience that people feel ok spending a

Counter counterpoint as someone who grew up in NOVA, we think the rest of the state to be a real shit show. The washington footbaw team had a very passionate fanbase when located at RFK and owned by someone other than Satan’s most incompetent minion. The transient nature of having 25% of population rotate every four

I do think DC teams have a harder time cultivating strong fan bases than teams in some (but not all) other cities, because the transient population is fucking enormous here. But that has also been the case for a long, long time. Apathy is a growing issue for the Skins.

It’s possible, but there are still a lot of locals. The Ravens may have drawn off some people too (especially with the being good at football thing). And on the flip side, Fedex Field is generally more difficult to get to than RFK for much of the fan base.

UPDATE: Tony Romo was injured on the play.

Sorry, didn’t mean that to be so dickish—end of day, filters don’t work as well.

Driver: Where you going?

What happened to you, North Carolina, you used to be the cool southern state. You changed, man.

Well they pay their players, so that qualifies them for the SEC.
