I think that’s what this is supposed to hearken to. The GLK was a much loved SUV for its boxy shape. Since it got a little bigger and the shape changed dramatically when it became the GLC, the GLB was envisioned to be a return to the GLK shape - almost like a baby G-Wagen. Still looks a little too curvy to me though.

I’m thinking 20.

Its Mercedes-Benz Commercial Vans because now they make the Metris too. Parent company is Daimler AG

I just want to point out that the parent company hasn’t been Daimler-Benz since the late 90's. It’s just been Daimler AG since the split from Chrysler.

Would be really helpful if you just listed his YouTube handle instead of linking to his videos. I don’t want to reward asshattery with video hits just to find out what his account name is

Clicked on this unsure if it was a serious headline or not. Pleasantly surprised that this article wasn’t a “women pay more because they don’t drive so good because they’re busy putting on their lipstick and digging in their purses.” Thanks Kristen!

Good, then we did the marketing right.

Agreed! Meh Car Monday, my ass!

It’s like you’re reading my mind! On the off chance that I found a good book that I wanted to read, I just didn’t have time as a kid to read it. My parents were on my case about emptying the dishwasher or taking the trash out, getting to softball practice. More often than not, the only time I really got to read was

I’m not laughing. I’m not laughing. I’m not laughing. I’m not laughing.

I have this fear every time my badge doesn’t work on the first try.

The CEO loves convertibles, soooo I look forward to seeing one of these in person.

Came to say this

I just took one of these for insurance premium reduction in Georgia, but they require you to go to an in-person class. Out of 30 people in the class, three of us (me and two 16-yr olds) were there for insurance, everyone else was there for DUI probation or point reduction, which made most of the class useless for

There’s also the inevitable “mark-up” on brand new models. Since there are not any used or CPO units in the market, Dealers aren’t always as motivated to make a deal. toward the end of the first MY, as new units are coming in, they might be a little more open to it. Just something else to consider.

Once saw a guy in a Smart car skid on ice on the freeway and get pulled up underneath the wheels of a semi. Thought I had just seen the most horrific accident of my life. 18-wheeler didn’t even realize he had RUN OVER a car and just kept on driving. While other motorists tried to get him to stop, I pulled over behind

why am I laughing so hard

When I was in high school I once hit a turkey in my Explorer and it kind of looked like this. I mean that thing just.... exploded (no pun intended? maybe?). Unfortunately, to get to the nearest car wash, I had to drive past an elementary school where the visual there no doubt gave some kiddos nightmares.

Living in this area, this filled me with such righteous glee.

Toyota is doing God’s work saving us from those nightmares
