The MAGAts that I know praising this convoy crap are the same annoyances that were saying protests in Minneapolis that block traffic should all be charged with felonies and or killed outright. https://minnesota.cbslocal.com/2020/05/31/breaking-semi-truck-appears-to-drive-through-protest-marchers-on-i-35w-bridge/
Don’t worry, the police are still bad guys in this case, too; they’ve been sitting on their hands through this whole protest so far, even being buddy-buddy with the truckers according to many accounts. The people of Ottawa are furious at their lack of action. The coming days will show whether they’re willing to…
And even if you 21k deaths were real both real and actually related to the vaccine (1) , that is 0.00008% of the 251,070,439 people who have received at least one dose. So your odds of dying are microscopic even if your number isn’t complete BS (which it almost certainly aren’t). given someone who is unvaccinated is…
Have you considered not dating a sleazebag?
“NOooo the air conditioning is on! Jesus, Ernesto!”
Where in VAERS does it show deaths from vaccines? I’m having trouble finding it.
You have your wires crossed. I too was out for Floyd, here in LA.
The protesting was good and effective and had tangible outcomes; the looting was terrible and made us look bad.
The Ottawa event has moved beyond a protest. They are now attempting a soft version of Jan 6. This should be stopped immediately, whether you…
Maybe even put them on a separate road so they don’t interfere with regular traffic? Better yet, make that some sort of a track so they don’t have to worry about steering. And link a bunch of them together, so you only need one in front pulling the whole thing.
Why not keep those batteries charged the whole way? Turning semis into cargo trams, with batteries for when they get off the main highway, eliminates the charging time problem.
I received a recall notice for my Audi yesterday saying that if a module under the rear seat got wet (spill or water ingress from a shoddy body seal) the entire car might stop working.
“Tesla should probably just tell its customers that its cars are in perpetual beta.”
Your ass is showing.
If they are anything like in the US, they have zero interest in enforcing anything related to covid.
What are they going to do, start arresting their friends and family who are out there with “Fuck Trudeau” flags?
My work friend has one. We ALWAYS take his Spark EV when we go out to lunch. That thing, even with 3 guys in it, is so quick. So much torque. Great little roller skate.
Yeah -so are Camrys, Accords, Altimas, Civics, Volvo S60s and all sorts of other sedans; I’m more highlighting that the “all in” bet on SUVs/trucks appears to be a particularly shortsighted bet made by American automakers like Ford and GM (two Caddies aside)
It’s a shame they never carried the EV in to this generation Spark. They were a legitimate hoot for city driving. Low CG, 330 ft/lbs. of instant torque with a sub 3,000 pound curb weight... weren’t many better 0-40 mph cars out there.
I think you have to do it before they grow wings. But you’re right, it’s not a perfect solution. And it looks trashy. On the bright side, we had them awful here in summer of 2020 then last summer they weren’t bad at all. Maybe they’ll move through NJ quickly, too.
My bad, they were Lymantria dispar dispar, aka European gypsy moth.
