I heard some talking heads on PBS last night mentioning that due to the extreme gerrymandering in some states, the Democrats would have had to win 10% more votes than the Republicans just to take the House back.

If the voting from PA last night is a bellwether, redistricting (to more equitable maps) could give the Dems a lot more seats in the House, possibly for decades to come.
