+1 on the reclining.
Around here, a lot of Mexicans do that front & rear because apparently back home, they get stolen otherwise. Most cops consider it illegal & will write tickets for it.
Totally agree. All it does is throw more light at oncoming cars.
I disagree that cars don't complain about mods. When suspension bits break, it's complaining. When its undercarriage is ripped to shreds because you dropped it & high-center it over every speed bump, it's complaining. If every car wants to be driven, which I agree they do, the don't want to be ruined so that they…
When I traveled to Brazil, it seemed every other car did this and tinted their windshield.
Generally agree, but ugly is a very real thing. Some cars are ugly; some people are dumb; and not everyone deserves a trophy. That's just life, and no matter how many times you sing Kumbaya, that isn't going to change.
There's a big difference between 'tinted' and limo black. I tinted my windows to 35% (which is allowed in my state for all windows but the windshield), and it works great. I have no need to take it down to 20% or lower, which is what the assholes do.
But, it doesn't look cool on a desktop wallpaper.
The future of CUVs has no windows? Duh, I could have told you that.
Not just according to automakers—according to sales figures from before such vehicles were dropped.
My grandparents had a Charade, but there's no way it had 100 hp, unless that stands for hamster power. You literally had to floor it when letting out of the clutch to make sure it didn't stall.
That just means there's a business opportunity for you to make/sell aftermarket equipment.
It's a 6 front end stuck on the current 3's body.
Water heaters don't heat hot water—they heat cold water; hence they are just "water heaters."
At the ventilation points, you can install a cross-flow heat exchanger so that cold air outside is warmed by the air leaving, thus giving you fresh air but without losing too much heat.
Yet we still have to watch NY teams in the nationally broadcast games, even if the Giants have lost 8 straight, they still make the Sunday night game.
Upstairs being hot is not primarily due to heat from the attic. It is because warmer air throughout the living area migrates up. This is true even for homes with great insulation & AC, and that's why many new homes have separate units or circuits for upstairs areas.
Heat is NOT one of my biggest expenses. My furnace ran for about a week this winter, and that added just over $10 to my energy bill.
The Protege5 is one of the greatest cars ever - great looks, usefulness, & fun.
