This doesn't really make sense to me. They are already working on one versus game at Capcom (MVC3) that has yet to be released and its still a good 6 months out.

Not that I can do any better...but a lot of the stuff getting posted in the comments are better. :)

@Extric: Not everyone has two hours to wait around though. Most people only have enough time to stop by during a lunch break unless its the weekend. And assuming most of us are in the technology field, we need our computers back to us in as little time as possible.

About time. Their current setup is terrible for those who already know what the issue is and just need to drop things off for repair.
