Is someone with their fingers in their mouth *really* going to make you start purging again? I just don't see that happening. I also don't see how it could be "triggering" in the same way an article about rape, murder or drugs might.

I can assure you that Bulbapedia did not come up with the name. It has been in usage since as early as late 1998.
