Are you kidding me? Was he not an adversary in the games in which you played against? He was an antagonist because he opposed the player, the protagonist.
From what I understand the comic was exactly that: more than just an R-rated teen flick.
And, what, see an ending comprised of jetpacks? For a movie supposedly grounded in reality I find it very hard to believe that jetpacks exist, not to mention are affordable by a single-father former police officer.

Zangief is an antagonist, he's he's a "bad guy" in role, if not in persona or motivation. This really is not a difficult concept.

The live-action Dune adaptation has fallen to the wayside numerous times over the last few years, to the point that I've lost all interest. An anime adaptation would serve the property well if they had the write house behind it.

Go to any website. Nintendo's legal page, for example, specifically says that both downloading ROMs and emulation (regardless of whether you own the game or not) is illegal.
Emulation is illegal. You cannot legally play any decent console game on a PC.
