While I agree the child needs counselling, it needs to be far, far away from the children he has bullied. He needs to be out of the classroom where he is terrifying his victims. He may only be 5, but so is the girl he threatened.

For someone like me, mobility means whether I can walk 50 yards without assistance or collapsing. But that might be a disability related way of thinking.

I imagine it has a lot to do with her descent into drug and alcohol abuse after her early stardom. Any mother worth her salt would want to protect her child from that.
