Sanders says he supports a woman’s right to choose, and I believe him. But he doesn’t appear to view it as a priority, or be willing to really fight for it, and fighters are needed if we’re going to regain any of the ground that’s already been lost to the anti-choice crowd.
This is why supporting Planned Parenthood is so important. Reproductive health options have been under constant, co-ordinated attack by Republicans in pretty much every state, with women at or below the poverty level being hit the hardest.
