Calling it “communist China” is reductionist to the point of almost being wrong, and shows a lack of knowledge concerning both China and communism; which, empirically proven, quite normal for Americans (and to a lesser extent, Europeans). On top of that, it makes you sound like Trump.

Oh I am definitely not trying to insult you, or I would have tried being more scathing with my words. Just an observation, if what you wrote is honest. I’m leaning more towards “I really loved that show for all the wrong reasons and now I realize I have to hate this or look like an idiot”.
