It wasn’t good. Too much of a drag show, and the medley was just too much. If she’d done one song and done it as herself rather than as a David Bowie impersonator the whole thing would have worked a lot better, imo.

Whatever gets her head out of that moment is fine as far as I’m concerned. If it’s babies, or going to In-n-Out, or whatever. As long as she’s seeing something in her future, that’s good.
I would like to get in on this $370 a day action. I guess that’s poor in Kimyeland but it’s better what I’m getting.
It is, there was a lot more in the actual article.
Somebody please get that man an epi pen before that allergic reaction gets worse.
In the final shot where it pans out we’ve got Sansa, Tyrion and Daenerys on the top row, and Cersei, Arya, and Jaime on the bottom. Right?
Aggie comes from “agricultural” as in “Texas Agricultural & Mechanical University”. I don’t know wtf that has to do with agate.
College Station’s not really very rocky.
I honestly wouldn’t be surprised at it in any town that isn’t one of the big cities or maybe in the valley. There are a lot of insular, backward-ass people here, and I say that as a native Texan who has had the good fortune so far to never have to live in a rural shithole.
It’s always really funny that people think this. It’s big ‘cause it’s one of the old state schools but it’s really too niche to be academically prestigious. I can only think of two programs that I’d honestly say you couldn’t do better elsewhere: the veterinary and marine archaeology schools.
At this point I wonder if they only keep him around as some kind of loud, assholish court jester.
This looks like snowy climate camping gear.
I didn’t even know what that was. They probably make good money, sure. But still not rich by Houston rich people standards. There are people living in River Oaks who keep their names mostly out of the papers, who come from families with more and older money than any of us can even imagine having. Those are the ones…
“…but yeah, you know, clarifying that, you know, to the Mayan people or whatever, whoever was…felt any disrespect, I’m truly sorry for that. I never meant to disrespect anybody.”
I wasn’t aware Houston was in Canada.
I was so sad that got cancelled.
But then they wouldn’t be able to find anyone to actually do it, because what would be the motivation? They don’t need the paycheck.
I would live in Corpus over Dallas. But I was there a lot visiting my grandma when I was little and I grew up in Galveston, so that may not be a typical response.
I don’t know anything about that, sorry. I’m bitching about bad local politics in Austin, not Dallas.
The only people who would do it would be people who’d lived here less than a year, and so it would basically be a mix of L.A./NY anyway.
