You responded to me first, if you’ve forgotten. I only initially agreed with Jia that Ms. Ahmed seems sincere and didn’t seem to be pushing her views on people, just clarifying why she feels her views align more with the Republican party. I can disagree with her on those points while still recognizing she has a valid

Okay... so just to be clear, you’re arguing with me over a term that I never once used to describe this woman. Right.

I disagree with her on her views on abortion, as is my right. She has a right to those views, though and as long as she can state such in a fairly non-hyperbolic manner that isn’t immediately passing judgment on me or any other woman as slutty evil murdering whores because we disagree, then yes that is a whole lot

Precisely. She has her right to her views, even the ones I personally disagree with. That said, on the issue of Muslim Americans being seen as less-than in this country, she’s absolutely spot on and if she can bring the Republican party around even in the least on seeing them as human beings then I do support her in

Unless I missed it she isn’t currently running? And when she ran for office she did so as a Democrat, pre-party switch.

My own descriptor of Trump that accompanied a link to this story on Facebook this morning was “bloviating semi-sentient moldy cheeselog wrapped in rotting prosciutto”. I just wanted to share it here for posterity.

Agree about sincerity and respect. Ms. Ahmed hasn’t tried to argue about her views with anyone in the stories I’ve read, she has just stated her personal position and I’m okay with that.

Yeah, she usually gives me all the makeup. I have a ton of the lipsticks.

I know! When I was a kid I wore those ones that were like long t-shirts with cartoons on them, and they ALWAYS bunched up under my armpits.

It’s like the famous people equivalent of a middle school assembly.

Same, except mine are all Estee Lauder ones that my mom gives me every time she gets one of their freebie deals with her perfume. She has a ton of them under her bathroom sink too.

Not feeling the grandma gown.

I’ve seen so many people in the last few days equate Syrian with Muslim and terrorist, that I’m honestly shocked that any of these people are even recognizing that some of the refugees they are so intent on keeping out are actually Christian. Not that I believe it should matter, the only people it really matters to on

You might wanna just google that. Everybody’s trying really hard not to post any spoilers here in the comments.

Agreed, the vagina post was one of my favorites on here. Jane Marie really destigmatized what a lot of people see as only a vanity procedure. I would have loved to see more stuff like that. The Botox one was great too.

I wouldn’t, a product that isn’t specifically formulated for use around the eye area may irritate them.

I used to use liquid in high school, so it was always drugstore stuff. I used waterproof and while it did dry so there was no transfer problem, I had some ish with it flaking off. I have no experience with a higher end brand to compare it to, though. I do love the UD pencils because they’re creamier than what you’d

Do you prime first? An eyelid primer should stop your liner from transferring. But that said, I’ve never had an issue with Urban Decay’s 24/7 pencils, even when I’m not using a primer on my lids first.

Whatever nail color he’s got on there too, I want it.

My “worst” when it comes to “spot the ill-fitting shoe” is when they’re in a sandal style that’s either too small or too high, and their toes are creeping way over the front of the shoe. I hate that.
