Careful now, O’Toole was Irish! Longtime London residency notwithstanding, he and his family still considered Connemara “home”.

They’re both terrible so yeah, I can see it. Not that I want to.
These are what I use in my car, Bath & Body Works Scentportables.
Ugh! I only ever went when the theatre boys dragged me along (not that my arm was that hard to twist, really) and it was always so fun because I’d always run into two or three people that I hadn’t seen in a while. Friend reunions at Rich’s were always the best, good times!
I had friends who went out to Rich’s frequently in the late 90’s-early 00’s and it was still House of Guys.
Yeah, sure, why not? People change, relationships change, and there’s honestly no reason to stay imprisoned in one that’s just not working aside from the fact that people have been conditioned to believe it’s the way it’s supposed to be.
House of Pies was exactly where I imagined that happening.
But of course, why wouldn’t Team Cat HQ have delegates present at a summit for world leaders?
Whoops, guess most of them aren’t so cool. My friend grew up in Texas, not Utah so was never that close to the mothership.
My friend has always been really liberal about sexuality, so I had no idea her reaction was at all a gauge for the general Mormon population. It’s actually pretty cool that it is!
A friend of mine who grew up Mormon was posting on Facebook about this a week or so ago, absolutely outraged. Glad to see she isn’t alone.
Oh, classy. Good thing I never had much respect for her anyway so I’m not really losing anything, I guess.
There’s the #ShoutYourAbortion campaign, which Jezebel alum Lindy West is very involved in.
I think it works so well because they really didn’t change up much of the actual arrangement, aside from replacing the synths with vocal approximations of them. But then it sounds softer, which makes it a little dreamlike. I like it!
I’ve got the Urban Decay 24/7 pencil in Yeyo which will probably last me just this side of forever, but if this is anywhere near as good for $4 I might give it a try whenever I do use mine up.
Everybody has to cover the same saccharine Christmas songs, ugh. Why can’t they just have fun with these things for once and do some nontraditional and non-sappy songs? Much more interesting. Here, have some class warfare with your caroling!
This cover actually went #1 in the UK charts the year after the original was released (which only made it to #2). The original is still my favorite but Kylie’s version is surprisingly not bad, especially since I had no idea James Corden could sing.
Boston, probably for the same reason mentioned above that Houston and Philadelphia didn’t happen. It would be déclassé to be reduced to entertainment for the poors.
“My tolerance does have boundaries!”
I don’t know of any denominations that are totally cool with abortion. Christian is still the catchall.
