*Shrugs* Depends, I guess. I didn’t associate any of those phrases listed in the article with Avon or Apple. Beyoance trademarked her kids’ names before they were even officially announced to the public. I’m not saying I totally understand it, but trademarking words/phrases seems to be pretty common with performers…
