Lots of stupid poor people, too. What a pointless (bitter?) thing to say about rich people.

I didn’t say it’s difficult to learn how to use hand controls. Of course it isn’t. I said that an able-bodied person’s reflexes can possibly make it dangerous.
This is so none of our business. It’s shameful how people continue to intrude into entertainers’ lives even after they’re dead.
A total stranger walked up and asked if she could put her hands on him. He has every right to say no. And, seriously, reverse the genders and most people today would totally support a woman’s right to tell a man that he has no right to touch her. Celebrities already are required to give up their privacy. They are…
I was in a motorcycle accident at the age of 18. Run over, twice. The passenger in the second car to run us over tried to sue me for emotional distress (I was the passenger on the bike.) Apparently it was very traumatic to be in a vehicle involved in almost killing two young people. People suck.
You should really rethink this. This guy isn’t the enemy.
I don’t think I agree with her, but I admire her conviction. And 6/10 (random percentage) is better than nothing. She may not have done everything, but she did a lot. Applaud the good, refute the bad. Progress.
Yeah, sorry your parents sucked, but the average middle class kid compared to the average rich kid’s holiday isn’t comparable. Yeah, some poorer parents try to overcompensate, but let’s be real. Children with rich parents need to be taught that their experience is not typical. That’s a parents’ job.
You must be a billionaire then.
Anyone can do anything is a load of crap. Know your limits. Anything else is hubris.
This is still an area where the UK and Australia fall well behind the USA. Much more difficult to get a driver’s license as someone with a disability, let alone a race license. Ex-F1 driver, Clay Reggazoni, spent the second part of his life after his devastating injury working to gain more access and independence for…
Yes, a few people have.
It’s not a great idea for the average able-bodied person to play around with hand controls. It’s not like their complicated, but their reflexes are wrong. In an emergency, they can easily give cross inputs without thinking.
Actually, no excuse. Tons of paddle shifters out there now. You can even get a semi-automatic on a Mustang now. Although we did it first. 😎
I did that (along with breaking my back and a lot more) in a motorcycle accident a few decades ago, only mine was an open fracture. It's amazing what you can live thru.
That’s what I was thinking. Also, hardly “epic.” Scary tank slapper, but I was expecting a 180.
Thank you for the kindness. Know that it is returned.
I lost my husband to cancer just two years ago. Metastatic melanoma. He was only 43. Reading this made my entire body tense and recoil. Much of it rings of my own experience. I very much hope that yours does not end like mine. Remember to take care of you. If you aren't well, you can't help your loved one. I wish you…
Are you kidding? How new are you? This is more of the same BS excuses that have been thrown around to justify SCCA Pro’s inconsistent and crap job at regulating World Challenge for more than a decade or two. Why can’t we all just agree this is unprofessional racing?
What the OP said and what you are shouting about are not the same. I'm wondering if your spouse has banned dairy and peanuts from your home or something as I can't see why else you would be so het up about some comments that don't read the way you want them to read. "-Ish" is a rather easily understood and commonly…
