Well, thanks for the info. For the record, I think St Louis BBQ is worse than NC so I hope there’s no hard feelings here. The closest I usually get to NC is Williamsburg in Brooklyn, but there are some legit NC BBQ joints there and I’ll test them out next time I’m there on holiday.
