Living near Vancouver, this is something I notice all the time. I only moved here after I watched Fringe, and rewatching it was so funny to notice that Boston and New York are both Vancouver. To be fair though, I never noticed on my first watch. (Or in the X-Files, or BSG, or any other BC filmed show)

I made this comment during the episode myself. During the dinner scenes together, the Enterprise crew seem more of a crew after a few episodes that the Discovery crew does after four seasons.

I can’t remember the episode, maybe it was this way, but there was an episode of Voyager where (excuse my 20 year old memories) Janeway is having cucumber sandwiches, then turns around and someone is holding up a knife? Freaked me out good and proper at the time. Was that this episode do you recall?
