Testing to see if I am out of the greys

My final year of high school the movie we watched in English was Se7en. We watched it through twice, with the priest who was my English teacher admonishing one of my classmates for closing his eyes during some of the gorier scenes.

Well, this sounds like a disaster in the making…

Two great things in this episode:
- Mitch's mildly annoyed reaction when told his daughter is both the only human to get pregnant in the last ten years and that he is "the only one who can save her"
- Jackson's tragic dead wife and kids, that we have never heard about before, being used as a way to get back with his

Pretty sad about this. It introduced me to some new comedians, and was the perfect 'last thing before bed' show. Of course, there are the British panel shows for that two, but you only get so many Mock The Weeks, QIs or 8 out of 10 Cats a year

I am sure there will be more QI. They only take two weeks or so to record the entire season.

Dang, I was really hoping The Grand would come up. I mean, I know basically no one knows about it, but I love that film. Of course, I play a lot of poker, which is really a prerequisite for finding it funny.

Good times…

Absolutely. For me it would the Wall tour, which was before I was born. I love The Pulse video, and have seen Waters twice, (third time coming up this year), but seeing the full stage show with Waters and Gilmour would be my dream concert, hands down.

Pimento is a bit over the top, but for me it was totally worth it to see his eyes when Holt dropped the coke on the table.

I am a big fan of the opening solo in What Do You Want From Me myself. Its only short, but kicks the song off in a big way.

Excellent! Very pleased about this, it and SHIELD are the two bubble shows I was most worried about, although I would like to see Elementary renewed as well to be honest. Slightly sad about Timeless but I'll be ok…

That sucks. This was one of my favourite new shows of the year. Intense, disturbing and funny too. I will miss it a lot.

Huge Who fan, quite enjoyed Class and would like to see a second series. Shrug.

I have never walked out of a film, to cheap for that, but worst movie I have seen at the theatre is Armageddon. Hate that movie with the fire of a thousand suns. Although the first Transformers movie, (the only one I have seen) is a pretty close second. Compared to those movies Godzilla is a masterpiece.

I watched it last year, (for some reason it showed in Canada way before the US), and enjoyed it for the reasons well articulated in the review above. Sad to hear it has been cancelled.

Completely missed that AV Club was reviewing this show, kinda assumed that they weren't. Loving this show, the cast is perfect and the comic timing is fantastic.

No doubt. This is in my top 10 episodes of any show ever, and I have probably watched it 20 times. I also absolutely love Lost in Space. The scene with The Majestic blows my mind every time.

I agree, I was really disappointed in his death. I get that they were building it up, and I like the more depressing points the show sometimes hits, but it felt cheap to kill him this way to me.
