I’ve been fortunate to not have a major episode in a while (knock on wood), but I know those days/weeks/months all too well! Just the thought of getting out of bed or off the couch, let alone shower and try to go somewhere, is like trying to climb a mountain.

The way I see it, I’ll be damned if I let someone’s racist ass keep me from seeing and experiencing new things/places. I’ve been to a few different countries and have had overwhelmingly positive experiences (France - during the “Freedom Fries” bs, Hungary, Czech Republic - to name a few).
