I can’t do breakfast - it’s way too early in the day. Brunch is in that nice “I’m just starting to get hungry” sweet spot between morning and lunch. Plus, brunch drinks are nice and pleasant between 10 - 2, not so much at 7 or 8.

This is a fantastic breakdown.

You can’t deal with the general public as an authoritative “my way or you’re dead” figure. That’s not how people operate, and that’s a direct violation of the actual rights people have.

This will matter none to the people who it needs to reach, if it even reaches them.

That’s certainly a part of it, but it doesn’t get to the strange circumstances of these shootings of late, and what is driving the men in question to this point of seeming desperation.
